Optimized Star CRM · for dealerships

Activity breeds activity.

A CRM for everyone in the store: sales, BDC and service. Track every call, text, appointment and follow-up, and you're tracking progress. See who's working today, while there's still time to act, instead of finding out at month end.

Built for auto, powersports, RV and marine dealers.

The CRM

Everything a customer touches, in one timeline.

Contacts, appointments, follow-ups and every conversation on one page, laid out so it works as well on a phone on the lot as it does at a desk.

Two taps to log a call

Call, text, email, visit or note, right from the customer's page. If logging takes longer than the call, nobody does it.

Appointments that log themselves

Set an appointment and it's tracked. Mark it shown and it's logged to the person who worked it.

Who's active, right now

Managers see how long it's been since each person's last activity during store hours, not just a monthly report.

A daily goal for every department

Sales, BDC and service each have a daily activity goal, so everyone can see their progress by lunchtime.

How tracking works

Track the activity, and you're tracking progress.

Every call, text, appointment and follow-up is logged against a daily goal. When someone's activity drops, you see it the same day and can step in. That's the difference between being proactive and being reactive.

  • Activity breeds activity. Calls lead to appointments, appointments lead to deals. The CRM tracks the work that leads to the sale, not just the sale.
  • Captured beats claimed. Activity that comes in automatically from email, phone or the DMS is marked verified. Anything typed in by hand is marked self-reported, and managers can see each person's mix.
  • History stays honest. What counts is locked in when the activity is logged. Changing a setting later doesn't rewrite last month.

What counts as activity

Calls, texts and emails sent, leads responded to, appointments set and shown, showroom visits, test drives, follow-ups completed, service-to-sales handoffs and deliveries.

Tracked but not counted: new leads coming in, emails received and notes. Each store sets its own goals and can change what counts.

What's next

One platform, built in the order dealers need it.

The CRM comes first. Each product after it builds on the same customers and the same activity, so nothing has to be entered twice.

  6. Later

    Dealer management system

Your data

Your customers stay your customers.

  • Every store is walled off at the database, not just on screen. One dealership can never see another's customers.
  • Support access is logged. If our team ever needs to look inside your store, it's time-limited and your managers can see it.
  • No sensitive IDs in the CRM. No Social Security numbers, license numbers or credit data, which keeps your FTC Safeguards Rule obligations simple.

Our projects

What we're building.

The CRM is our first product for dealerships. We also build and run sites of our own for drivers and the stores that serve them.
