What we collect
On this website: what you send us through a form or by email, such as your name, store, contact details and message. In the CRM: account details for your team, and the customer records, activity and notes your store enters.
How we use it
To answer your questions, run and support the CRM, keep it secure and improve it. We don't sell personal information.
Cookies and analytics
This site doesn't use advertising cookies. If we add analytics, we'll name the tool here.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to host this website and the CRM's database and to send email. They handle data only to provide those services.
Customer data in the CRM
Dealers own the customer records they put in the CRM. We process them to run the service. For those records, the dealership decides how the data is used and we act on its instructions.
Text messages
The CRM doesn't text customers today. Before it does, this section will explain consent and how to opt out.
How long we keep it
We keep account and CRM data while your store's account is open. When it closes, we return or delete the data on request.
