Your customers stay yours.
Here's how the CRM keeps each store's data separate and safe, written plainly. If you want the technical version, ask and we'll walk your IT person through it.
How we protect it
You own your data
The customers, activity and notes your store puts in the CRM belong to your store. See the terms.
You can take it with you
Ask us and we'll export your store's data for you.
Every store is walled off
Every table in the database is tied to a store, and the database itself refuses to show one store's records to another. It isn't just hidden on screen. Automated tests check every table for cross-store access.
Records can't cross stores
A task, note or activity can only belong to a contact in the same store. The database won't accept anything else.
People see what their role allows
What a salesperson or manager can see is enforced by the database, not only by the app's menus.
Changes are logged
Changes to goals, activity types, team members and store settings are recorded and shown in Settings.
Paused stores are locked
If a store is paused or closed, its data is locked in the database until it's reopened.
What we never store
No Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers or credit data.
Partners get controls, not keys
Our channel partner can switch a store on or off and set up logins only through signed requests to a narrow API. Partners never get the keys to the database.
Support access
Planned: if we ever need to look inside your account, access will be time-limited and visible to you. This is on our current build list.
Texting rules come first
When texting arrives, 10DLC registration happens before any customer gets a text.
Where it's hosted
The CRM runs on Supabase (Postgres). We'll publish the hosting region and backup schedule here.
Reporting a problem
Found a security problem? Email michaeljr@elitefipartners.com and we'll get back to you. Please don't test against real stores' data.
