What's a faster reply worth to you?

Put in your own numbers. The calculator does the arithmetic and nothing else: no hidden multipliers, no industry averages.

The defaults are placeholders, not benchmarks. Replace each one with your store's numbers. If you don't know a number, that's worth finding out first.

All sources: website, third-party, phone.
Pick your own window, e.g. 15 minutes during open hours.
Your target, not a promise.
Leads that become a set appointment.
Same, for slower replies.
Appointments that actually show.
Shown appointments that buy.
Front and back. Use your own figure.

How it's worked out

  • Appointments = leads × (share replied in window × in-window appointment rate + share replied late × late appointment rate).
  • Deals = appointments × show rate × close rate.
  • Gross = deals × average gross per deal.

It assumes the only thing that changes is how many leads get a reply within your window. In real life, lead quality, inventory, price and the people answering all move too. Treat the result as a way to think about the gap, not a forecast.
